Features

Teflon (fluorine resin) insulated wire can have high operating temperature of 105 ~ 260°C (221 ˚F~500 ˚F), and it retains its characteristics in temperatures as low as -150˚C (-238˚F). Fluorine resin has superior mechanical-characteristic (e.g. abrasion resistant, cut-through resistant, low friction, and non-adhesive), highly chemical and heat resistant, and has excellent electric quality. Teflon insulation can be thinner than others making it suitable for internal wiring of compact devices. Other uses include internal wiring of electric or electronic devices or control devices that require heat resistance. Our company's 200˚C-grade wires (FEP) and 260˚C-grade wires (PFA) are UL & CUL certified by Underwriters' Laboratories (UL) Inc., and we offer Pb, Cd free products the European Union countries require. Each of our product categories offers 10AWG~30AWG products and ultra-fine wires are offered per-order bases.
